Membership Rewards point redemption was waning. To ignite activity, American Express developed a fresh brand campaign that aimed to inspire members to ‘collect and redeem’. This aspirational concept reminded members of the array of indulges membership had to offer. The DM rollout of the campaign suggested taking their message into their audiences daily paper, mailboxes, and hotel stays.
